The Monument is now closed for 2025 but we expect to repeat this offer in 2026 – please check back in the new year for updates.
Children aged 16 and under who live in the area covered by Wellington Without Parish Council can benefit from free admission to the Wellington Monument in 2025. You can follow this link to a postcode list to check your eligibility.
The normal price is £5.00 per person but by using the code WELLYFREE25 on the National Trust website, up to two children can visit when accompanied by at least one adult.

Additional Notes
- The monument is open on various dates in 2025, the booking calendar on the website shows which dates.
- A party of three people climb the monument in a group, with a minumum of one adult in the group.
- The child entry costs are being paid by Wellington Without Parish Council and the offer is only open to those who live within the Parish.
- Proof of address may be requested when checking in at the monument for anyone using the offer.
